1. Services

Soundme Events provides sound rental, DJ equipment hire, event lighting, DJ services, and event production across Mykonos and Greece. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes provided through our website are estimates. Final pricing depends on event specifics, location, duration, and equipment requirements. A booking is confirmed only after written agreement and deposit payment.

3. Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event. Payment terms are specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by event size and notice period. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances. Full cancellation terms are included in your booking agreement.

5. Equipment

All equipment remains the property of Soundme Events. The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized access during the event.

6. Liability

Soundme Events takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safe setup and operation. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by weather, venue restrictions, power supply issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
